Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Task Order Program Manager to support the National Security business within the Federal Delivery Organization (FDO). This role is integral to managing a portfolio of Federal programs, ensuring successful project delivery, mitigating risks, and enabling business growth through prime contracts for cloud services to government customers.

As a Task Order Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving high-visibility programs and operational processes that align with business and strategic goals. You'll collaborate with account and sales teams, technical business leaders, and government representatives to ensure successful execution of Task Orders, shaping proposals, and overseeing program milestones and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program & Task Order Management: Lead the execution of multiple concurrent Task Orders for customers in the National Security sector. Ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and compliance with contract performance criteria.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with account teams, sales teams, and technical leaders to align business and technical requirements, ensuring program milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop strategies that influence organizational leadership decisions. Serve as the key point of contact for managing federal program activities and contracts.
  • Risk & Schedule Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage schedules, and ensure quality assurance across the programs.
  • Business Development: Shape, respond to, and execute proposals and Task Orders, incorporating technical and operational requirements into commercial transactions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with government customers, technical teams, and senior management to communicate status, challenges, and solutions for strategic initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph (required).
  • Experience in influencing leadership decisions and developing strategies that align with organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations based on analytics.
  • Proven success in negotiating and executing complex legal agreements.
  • Experience working in a technical program management role within the federal sector or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and solutions, particularly in the context of government and intelligence agencies.
