The Opportunity: CACI has an immediate need for a Program Manager to join CACI's Language and Culture Training Program, REDRABBIT, and the National Cryptologic University ( NCU). Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities: * Leads the team and facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other resources within and outside of the organization. * Captures and tracks program risks and works with the organization to develop mitigations for the most critical risks. * Communicates program milestones, schedules, and risks to the team and to the broader organization. * Ensures key milestones and outcomes are turned into action plans for execution by project teams. * Tracks and leads progress to planned milestones and program outcomes. * Identifies and facilitates timely resolution of significant issues impacting project delivery. * Develops budget and manages the program's financial performance. * Meets regularly with the Government representatives at designated Government facilities. * Leads meetings with key stakeholders for the program to align on and make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues. Qualifications: Required: * Active TS SCI clearance with polygraph. * BA or BS with 10+ years of experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. * PMP certified, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in program management. Desired: * Experience with the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO), and National Cryptologic University (NCU).
