    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operations and processes.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
    • Collaborate with Security Compliance and other teams to enhance system reliability and security.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior team members.
    • Drive root cause analysis and resolution for critical issues.
  • Strategic Contributions:
    • Innovate and implement scalable solutions to meet growing system and traffic demands.
    • Balance cost-efficiency, usability, and total cost of ownership (TCO) in service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree, or Cloud+/GICSP/GSEC/SSCP certification.
  • 8+ years of experience with Windows operating systems, including expertise in four or more of the following: Active Directory (AD), DHCP, PowerShell, SCCM, DNS, email workflows, disaster recovery, or SCOM.
  • 3+ years of experience automating tasks in Windows using PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of networking basics and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with automated software packaging, deployment, and security patching.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Current Cloud+/GICSP/GSEC/SSCP certification.
  • Expertise in two or more of the following:
    • Multi-Factor Authentication in AD environments.
    • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR).
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM).
    • Just-In-Time (JIT) & Just-Enough-Administration (JEA).
    • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) management, backend storage, disaster recovery.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range: $139,500 - $226,800 annually (based on location and experience).
  • Total Compensation: Equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full benefits package, including medical, financial, and wellness programs.
