Work You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of a space program contract. Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Oversight:

    • Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of a space program contract.
    • Develop solutions to program challenges and ensure adherence to master plans and schedules.
  • Leadership & Strategy:

    • Act as an advisor to the program team, offering guidance on projects, tasks, and operations.
    • Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from various departments, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Budget & Timeline Management:

    • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Problem-Solving:

    • Rely on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals, developing innovative solutions to program challenges.
  • Execution Excellence:

    • Perform a variety of complex tasks and apply standard concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the space program domain.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Program Management, Enterprise Leadership, and Strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Preferred:

  • Strong background in space programs.
