Responsibilities: * Installing and configuring software and hardware
* Managing network servers and technology tools
* Setting up accounts and workstations
* Monitoring performance and maintaining systems according to requirements
* Troubleshooting issues and outages
* Ensuring security through access controls, backups and firewalls
* Upgrading systems with new releases and models
* Developing expertise to train staff on new technologies
* Building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies. Qualifications: Required: * - Top Secret/SCI Clearance
* - Security + Certification
* - 3 years of experience maintaining network, video, servers, workstations, and peripheral hardware and related software.
* - Good communication skills; shows tact, effective listening skills and follow through
* - Provides technical guidance and leadership to engineers and technicians with less experience.
* - Demonstrated experience with Tier-2 desktop customer support Desired: * - Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
