Program Support Specialist Job Category: Service Contract Act Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * CACI International Inc. has an immediate opening for an Program Support Specialist located in Aberdeen, MD (APG) What You'll Get to Do: Join CACI in supporting the U.S. Army's C5ISR Center to lead the Army's network modernization to deliver timely, trusted, and shared information for the Army and its mission partners. More About the Role: As a team member supporting C5ISR, you and your team will provide technical services to include planning, program, budget, and analytical services to aid in resourcing critical Army cyber, command, control, communications, computers, cyber and IT needs. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Information/Knowledge Management, technical and administrative services to the Network & Infrastructure Branch, C5ISR. Provide classified and unclassified administrative support to the branch chief, to include telephone, e-mail, video teleconference, correspondence, calendar management, visitor reception/escort and meeting planning, and execution support. Provide daily support by maintaining and releasing network access forms for the customer. Compose correspondence, review incoming correspondence, publications, regulations and directives, and notify applicable Division Chiefs. Respond to requests for information concerning organization functions. Review correspondence, reports and other documentations prepared for signature and/or concurrence of the Branch Chief for conformance with regulations, grammar, format, and special policies of the office. Maintain the Directorate tasking system by proficiently using Microsoft Enterprise SharePoint and ticketing systems. Track training completion dates, monitor training requirements assigned to the Directorate and alert Directorate Leadership to the mandatory and optional IT actions. The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location. Minimum Req uired Hourly Wage: $23.39 There are a host of other factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
