We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Biotechnologist to join our team in Portsmouth, NH. In this critical role, you will contribute to the success of our Cell and Gene Therapy network, taking the lead in implementing and advancing cutting-edge manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion site safety objectives, ensuring clear communication and understanding among team members.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specialized areas (e.g., Cell Growth, Drug Product Filling) during manufacturing operations.
• Take a leadership role in manufacturing processes, including harvest, vial filling, and visual inspection.
• Collaborate with customer SMEs to implement and sustain customer processes effectively within the production facility.
• Represent manufacturing in technical and project meetings, contributing to the successful preparation and execution of campaigns.
• Provide comprehensive training for manufacturing staff on new processes, batch records, and quality systems in Cell Therapy.
• Work closely with the Cell Therapy Manufacturing Project Specialist team to introduce operational improvements to customer processes.
• Partner with the Cell Therapy Manufacturing team to identify and procure essential equipment and materials for process execution.
• Demonstrate flexibility and support other sites within the Cell and Gene Therapy network, including travel as needed.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in biotechnological or related fields.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in coordinating and leading complex biotechnological manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional collaboration skills and a track record of working effectively across teams and functions.
• Willingness to travel to and support other manufacturing sites when necessary.
