Key Responsibilities

• Lead a full-service family dental practice, offering comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of oral health conditions.
• Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health and preventing future dental issues.
• Collaborate with your clinical team to deliver the best patient care possible.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Utilize the latest dental technology and equipment to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

Required:

• DDS/DMD degree and an active, unrestricted dental license.
• Clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating a broad range of oral health conditions.
• Ability to work with various dental insurance plans and become credentialed.
• A passion for continued learning and professional development in clinical dentistry.
• A strong commitment to patient care and community impact.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of clinical experience in family dentistry.
• Invisalign certification or willingness to obtain.
• Leadership experience in managing dental teams.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary.
• Availability to attend periodic virtual and in-person training sessions.
• A tuberculosis (TB) test is required as part of the pre-employment process.
