Management & Program Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for assigned programs within the Code/Shop.
• Prepare instructions, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Analyze and correlate large amounts of narrative and statistical data to validate requirements and identify trends.
• Recommend necessary changes and adjustments to meet major goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to assess performance and implement process improvements.
• Develop and implement systems for conducting self-assessments and recommending changes.
• Create models for analyzing management and program studies, including their effectiveness.
• Develop measurement criteria and procedures for assigned studies.
• Coordinate responses to audits, inspections, and violations.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for a wide audience.
• Prepare reports, point papers, and other documentation for various uses.
• Network with national and local groups to exchange information and resources.

Conditions of Employment

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Participate in the Direct Deposit Pay Program.
• Obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance.
• This position may require travel (CONUS and OCONUS) and the ability to travel on military or commercial aircraft.
• New Department of the Navy employees must pass the E-Verify employment verification check.

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11). Specialized experience includes:

• Analyzing and improving programs to align with organizational goals.

Working Conditions
