About the Role

Join Deloitte's Core Business Operations (CBO) team to deliver innovative solutions for critical national security mission systems. As a Strategy Consultant, you will support senior government leaders by driving strategic planning, designing impactful initiatives, and fostering communication across the Intelligence Community (IC). This role offers the opportunity to influence mission execution and organizational transformation using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

Work You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic consulting services to senior government leaders.
  • Develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and communication engagements for mission systems.
  • Apply knowledge of the intelligence analysis process to enhance integration and collaboration across the IC.
  • Support strategic planning activities to optimize operations and align with mission objectives.

The Team

Deloitte’s GPS practice serves federal, state, and local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, offering fresh perspectives to help clients reimagine possibilities and fulfill their mission promises.

The Application Modernization and Innovation team within CBO focuses on delivering modernized mission solutions and enhanced operational value. The team helps clients address their most complex challenges by delivering large-scale software applications, service-oriented architectures (SOA), and integrated systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Ft. Meade, MD.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation

Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $130,000, based on skill sets, experience, certifications, and other business needs. This role may also include eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program, contingent on individual and organizational performance.
