Are you a driven, strategic thinker with a passion for operations and business efficiency? TheAWS Enterprise Support Field Operationsteam is seeking aBusiness Operations Managerto lead operations across a diverse business sector. In this role, you will partner with Enterprise Support leadership to define strategies, analyze business trends, and drive operational efficiency, all while maintaining a world-class customer and employee experience.

This position requiresU.S. citizenship, an activeTop Secret security clearance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

    Manage P&ampL:Partner with Line of Business leadership to plan, forecast, and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
  • Be the Point of Contact:Serve as the single contact point for the Line of Business, managing communication and strategic initiatives.
  • Optimize Operations:Drive operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer and employee experiences.
  • Lead Performance Mechanisms:Define and oversee business performance inspection tools and address operational concerns.
  • Drive Business Initiatives:Lead efforts to enhance performance, efficiency, and field team effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning:Own strategic planning activities, including hiring models, across the Field Operations team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, finance, and recruiting to ensure smooth execution of plans.
  • Maintain Rhythm of Business:Establish and manage regular business reviews and performance updates.
  • Promote Metrics Education:Define strategic and operational metrics, showcasing how decisions impact customer experiences.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience withMicrosoft Excel.
  • Bachelor&rsquos degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience withSales CRM toolssuch as Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to define and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Active Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience infinance, business management, or sales operations.

Compensation &amp Benefits:

  • Base Pay Range:$79,300 - $169,500/year (dependent on geographic location, skills, and experience).
  • Additional compensation includesequity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits(medical, financial, and more).
