Shift Schedule

  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, rotating weekly:
    • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
    • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
  • Shift Differentials: Extra pay for weekends worked.
  • Includes 8 hours of overtime built into the schedule weekly.
  • Initial two-week training on the day shift (Monday–Friday).

What You’ll Do

  • Safety: Ensure a safe, controlled work environment and communicate site safety objectives.
  • Process Transfer: Collaborate with customer SMEs to implement and maintain production processes.
  • Training: Provide effective training for manufacturing staff on equipment and systems used in Cell Therapy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with the CT Manufacturing Leadership team to identify and incorporate process and operational improvements.
  • Team Building: Assist in establishing and supporting the manufacturing team.
  • Documentation: Author, review, and approve procedural documentation to maintain regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline (e.g., Genetics) preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in cleanrooms, laboratories, or sterile settings preferred.
    • Knowledge of Aseptic Techniques and gowning procedures preferred.
    • Experience in cGMP manufacturing, particularly within Cell and Gene Therapy, is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.
    • Ability to follow detailed documentation procedures in regulated environments.
