Associate Account Executive - Direct Sales

What you'll achieve

As an Account Executive, your main task will involve cultivating robust client rapport on the ground and securing a remarkable customer journey for new and existing clients.

You will:

  • Increase the allocation of spending across Dell Technologies' range of tech offerings, including servers, storage, networking, software, cybersecurity, and advisory services.
  • Manage regions and customer accounts, involving account strategizing, sales forecasting, collaborating with cross-functional resources, and working with virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations.
  • Establish consistent communication with decision-makers at client locations as part of core job functions.
  • Bring a depth of experience and strategic acumen in capitalizing on large and sophisticated sales opportunities

Essential Requirements

  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience selling technology solutions
  • In-depth expertise in staying updated on market trends and their implications for Dell Technologies clientele
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills and strategic selling proficiency intended to optimize our clients' business success and enhance the expansion of Dell Technologies
  • Effective communication, teamwork, negotiation, and adept executive presentation skills are needed to offer valuable insights and strategic thinking to top-level management and their direct reports.
  • Proficiency in navigating and thriving in a fast-paced and achievement-focused environment

Compensation

Dell places a strong emphasis on ensuring fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation bracket for this position spans from $207,000 to $270,000 and encompasses base salary alongside commission earnings.
