As part of the AWS UCteam, you'll help manage services like Compute,Database,Storage,IoT,Platform, andProductivity Apps. Within AWS UC,Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC)teams work with customers who require specialized, secure cloud solutions.

Are you passionate about revolutionizing how national security and defense agencies collaborate with industry to meet mission needs? Do you have experience managing large, complex programs? If so, we&rsquore looking for aTechnical Program Manager (TPM)to lead multiple large-scale programs in some of AWS&rsquos most sensitive regions.

In this role, you will manage the intricacies of AWS programs, ensuring they are driven efficiently and effectively. You&rsquoll work across multiple teams to establish program roadmaps, drive delivery, report on progress, and uphold the highest standards of quality. You'll interact with engineers, product managers, support teams, and senior leadership to achieve results and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and managehigh-profile programsinvolving multiple teams to deliver results to senior AWS and customer leaders.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify complex patterns, providingpractical solutionsto business problems.
  • Contribute to astart-up-like environment, creating new applications, tools, and processes as needed.
  • Anticipate challenges andprovide escalation management, making trade-offs where necessary.
  • Promotefast adoptionof initiatives within AWS and support their seamless implementation.
  • Build trust with senior management through clear and consistent communication regarding program status and risks.
  • Define and track key metrics for program success, continuously refining the approach to meet business goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ yearsof experience intechnical product or program management.
  • 5+ yearsof experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ yearsof experience inproject management, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearancewith polygraph.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degreeinengineering,computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience leading technical programs involvinginfrastructureandcomplex systems.
  • Familiarity withMS Project,MS Office, andMS SharePoint.
  • Proven track record ofmanaging projectsacross cross-functional teams, establishing sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience definingKPIs/SLA&rsquosto drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position ranges from$133,900/yearin the lowest geographic market up to$231,400/yearin the highest geographic market. Compensation also includes equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits.
