In this role, you'll be responsible for strategic planning, managing project execution, and driving growth across various technical areas. Project Oversight: Lead multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving strategic planning and execution across diverse engineering projects.
Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, encouraging continuous improvement and professional growth.
Revenue & Growth Management: Oversee team performance to meet annual revenue targets, and identify opportunities for organic growth within the team's technical domain.
Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient resource management to meet project demands, balancing technical challenges with business priorities.
Proposal Contributions: Support proposal development, contributing to project planning and technical documentation to enhance company offerings.
Quality & Efficiency: Promote a balanced approach to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both technical and business requirements. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in an engineering field, Masters preferred
Experience: 5+ years of experience in engineering roles
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Strategic Project Management: Strong skills in planning, managing, and executing projects, with a focus on aligning technical work with organizational goals.
Resource & Revenue Management: Experience managing resources and contributing to revenue growth through efficient project execution and team development.
Proposal Development: Familiarity with the proposal process, including technical contributions to proposals and project planning.
