What You'll Get to Do : * Provide software engineering and web development expertise in support of software development and day-to-day operations of system operations and maintenance activities. * Work on a team developing and maintaining a web-based thin-client software application. * Work on a team developing back-end services and processing. * Design and develop new capabilities/applications. * Derive requirements through interactions with the project management and systems engineering teams. * Develop, test, deploy and maintain software applications. * Follow Software deployment best practices. * Follow Configuration management workflows. * Support Integration testing. You'll Bring These Qualifications : * Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering and 3+ years of related experience * Understanding of User Interfaces (UI)s, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards * Web Development Skills - Java, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, cross-browser compatibility, Web User Interface Design, Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design, Web Services, Groovy, Grails, Angular * Backend Development Skills -knowledge of Java language * Experience writing tests for front and back-end services. Software Testing (e.g. Junit, Karma/Jasmine, Cypress, etc.) * Experience creating and deploying Backend API's using SpringBoot. * Experience working within a Docker environment. * Secret clearance required to start and ability obtain TS/SCI clearance. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * Experience using build tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab and CI/CD development philosophies. * Linux shell scripting and build tools (e.g. Maven, Gradle, etc.)
* Experience with Linux operating systems.
* Experience with AWS
* Experience with DevOps tools such as Nexus, Jenkins, Ansible and/or Foreman.
* Experience with relational, NoSQL, and file-based storage products. This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available.
