ELINT System Support Engineer Job Category: Engineering Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Outside Continental US Anticipated Posting End: 12/30/2024 The Opportunity: As an ELINT System Support Engineer, you will support the development of an interactive TechELINT processing system. You will be responsible for analysis, insight, advice, and technical guidance on complex analytical problems; specifically on sophisticated signal and weapon system problems. You will take an active role in test and design of tools for ELINT analysis. Responsibilities: * Provide design inputs for ELINT analytical tools and software
* Test analytical tools and software
* Evaluate and asses overall system performance
* Conduct training for system users
* Support system users in accessing and using the system
* Engage with system users to collect feedback and ideas for system improvement
* Assist in integration of system services
* Prepare engineering analysis of projects and contribute technical content to proposal and planning efforts
* Conduct rigorous statistical analysis for large sets of intelligence products (e.g., SIGINT, FISINT, ELINT, and PROFORMA) for purposes of quality assurance as well as design of improved collection/processing methods
* Define statistical metrics which quantify the performance of collection assets, processing algorithms, and data types Qualifications: Required: * Knowledge of Technical ELINT analysis tools and resources
* Experience with one or more Technical ELINT Analysis tools such as IEP (preferred), Aspen, Martes, ESP
* Strong knowledge of radar functions, pulse level detail, and general system familiarity
* Linux/Unix proficiency
* Active TS/SCI clearance, willing to complete Poly Desired: * Experience developing system documentation
* Experience conducting training for users on a processing system
* Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) concepts
* Experience with scripting languages such as MATLAB, Python, Scilab, etc.
* Familiarity with digital signal processing associated with modern signals
