We are currently looking for a Lead Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of data and AI engagements, focusing on defining objectives and deliverables while managing risks related to data quality, modeling, validation, and delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and innovation sessions with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to identify business opportunities and design analytical solutions.
  • Engage clients to discover data sources, lead data discovery processes, and execute ETL/ELT processes to manage structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Supervise the development of analytics and machine learning models throughout their lifecycle: design, training, validation, and implementation.
  • Define and monitor key business metrics and implement reporting processes and dashboards.
  • Utilize modern big data tools to address complex business challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Architecture; U.S. Federal government consulting experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Familiarity with Data Lake and Data Warehouse design, implementation, and data governance best practices.
  • Proficient with data modeling tools (e.g., ERWin, IBM Data Architect) and strong SQL skills; knowledge of various relational and distributed databases.
  • Understanding of data science concepts, business intelligence applications, and analytics in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • U.S. Government Secret clearance is required.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to support engagements.
