Position Overview
This role involves managing training programs and budgets for Army Reserve units, ensuring compliance with Army training standards, and coordinating individual and unit training requirements through automated systems. The incumbent will conduct inspections, provide recommendations for training improvements, and serve as a key advisor for mobilization plans and directives.

Specialized Experience:
Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in federal service, demonstrating the following:

Education:
A Master's degree or two full years of graduate education in fields such as Organizational Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or Management may substitute for experience.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience:
A combination of relevant education and experience may also be used to qualify for this position.
