Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Overview

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal oral health as a provider, advocate, and educator. At our practice, we recognize the importance of your contribution and empower you to work at the top of your scope. Responsibilities

  • Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments.
  • Assess and monitor patients’ periodontal health.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and techniques.
  • Conduct oral cancer screenings.
  • Identify individual needs, including malocclusion, and educate patients on potential implications.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude).
  • Foster a Safe Smile Space (S3) that emphasizes safety and inclusivity.

Qualifications

  • An active state dental hygiene license or eligibility to obtain one (new graduates welcome!).
  • Current CPR certification.

Compensation

  • $54 to $59 per hour.
