At Deloitte, our ServiceNow Developers help Government and Public Services (GPS) clients modernize, streamline, and enhance their HR and enterprise operations. As part of our HR Transformation (HRT) offering, you’ll work on innovative projects that redefine how HR enables businesses and their workforces.

Work You’ll Do

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on documented requirements.
• Work independently or as part of a collaborative team on full-lifecycle software development projects.
• Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements, documenting test results.
• Resolve software issues and problem reports.
• Apply software development methodologies tailored to the specific development environment.
• Provide input on system design decisions, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and integration of COTS/GOTS solutions.
• Conduct requirements analysis and synthesis from the system level to individual software components.

The HR Transformation (HRT) offering helps clients navigate disruption by transforming the way HR operates. From crafting HR strategy to implementing modern technologies like Oracle and ServiceNow, our focus is to help HR take the lead in addressing enterprise-wide challenges and enabling workforce success.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
• Proven ability to analyze user requirements and derive software design and performance needs.
• Proficiency in debugging software and correcting defects.
• Expertise with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, and others used in ServiceNow.
• Experience integrating third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow using REST and SOAP.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and/or Service Portal.
• Experience writing and reviewing software/system documentation.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator or ServiceNow Application Developer.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines.

Compensation:

• Estimated range: $144,600 to $241,000
• Participation in discretionary annual incentive programs may apply.
