If you are a client providing Job Advertisements, you also agree that such content must not contain personally identifiable information.

Placements Alley only acts as a platform for distributing User Content, with no obligation to validate its accuracy, legality, or completeness. Therefore, Placements Alley disclaims all responsibility for User Content. You are aware that you may encounter User Content that is inaccurate, misleading, illegal, offensive, or inappropriate, and it is your duty to verify its legality, quality, and truthfulness. However, Placements Alley reserves the right to refuse, remove, or suspend User Content and User Accounts that are in violation of this Agreement, any other agreements with Placements Alley, applicable laws, infringe on third-party rights, or present risks to Placements Alley, even if there is no requirement to monitor User Content.

By utilizing Placements Alley, hereinafter referred to as "You". Placements Alley is not liable for verifying the identity, background, or authenticity of other Users.
