Job Overview

SAIC is seeking an Information Systems Assessment and Authorization Analyst to support the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) at Scott Air Force Base (AFB), Illinois. This position is part of the USTC Managed Information Technology Services (MITS) contract, which provides strategic, technical, and program management services to USTRANSCOM. The role will focus on ensuring that systems meet security and authorization requirements to facilitate the modernization and operations of USTRANSCOM's infrastructure, systems, and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• System Assessment & Authorization: Support the authorization and assessment of IT systems for compliance with security regulations and policies.
• ServiceNow Development:
  • Develop and design ServiceNow portal applications, including sitemap and high-level task flows.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and UI layouts for mobile and desktop platforms to ensure a unified user experience.
  • Design and implement the user interface and overall user experience for ServiceNow applications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prototype new solutions and enhance the UX/UI of existing applications.
• Documentation & Prototyping: Produce detailed documentation, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
• Problem-Solving & Design Improvement: Identify user experience issues and propose solutions to improve the overall design and functionality.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 10+ years of experience in related fields.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow portal development experience with proficiency in UI/UX design.
• Experience with user interface design and user experience optimization.
• DoD Secret clearance.
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CECCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP).
• ITIL Foundations certification (v4 or higher), must complete within 60 days of offer acceptance.

Desired:

• Master's degree (MA/MS).
• Experience as an Application Developer Process Creator.

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $120,001 - $160,000, based on experience and other factors.
