Job Description:

KPMG is seeking a Manager to join its Federal Advisory practice, where you will lead teams in the execution of SAP-based technology improvements for federal clients. This role involves providing strategic guidance, supporting Agile development environments, and driving the design and implementation of SAP solutions, particularly in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Execution: Lead client service delivery teams in executing engagements, ensuring compliance with firm standards.
  • SAP-based Improvements: Develop and implement sustainable SAP solutions that improve technology and business operations.
  • Agile Development: Work closely with developers and functional consultants in Agile environments.
  • Strategic SAP Guidance: Provide expert advice on SAP functions and guide SAP projects within the federal sector, focusing on ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA.
  • Process Reengineering: Design and implement solutions for business performance management, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of functional SAP experience.
    • Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 (Financial Accounting, Funds Management, Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Sales & Distribution modules).
    • Strong understanding of S/4 HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in process reengineering and business performance management applications.
    • Strong understanding of Systems Engineering and IT Project Management methods for System/Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile development.
    • Ability to articulate complex SAP data flows and functionalities using transaction codes or table data.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to travel as needed for firm engagements.
    • U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
