Duties:

  1. Course Development and Training:
    • Assist in developing and revising training courses under close supervision.
    • Learn to create training facilities, devices, and evaluation tools.
    • Prepare lesson plans and training materials based on course objectives.
    • Develop training aids, time schedules, and instructional sequences.
  2. Encouragement of Participation:
    • Encourage class attendance, participation, and conduct.
    • Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.
  3. Training Improvement and Records Maintenance:
    • Assist in the improvement and modification of training programs for assigned courses.
    • Maintain training records and develop reports, with guidance from the supervisor or lead instructor.

Requirements:

  1. Citizenship and Suitability:

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
    • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  2. Direct Deposit and Selective Service:

    • Participation in the direct deposit pay program is required.
    • Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
  3. Security Clearance:

    • Must obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to duty commencement. Failure to meet this requirement may result in withdrawal of the job offer.
  4. Protective Equipment and Health Considerations:

    • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (helmets, gloves, goggles, respirators, etc.) during work shifts.
