CACI has an immediate need for a Deputy Program Manager. The Opportunity: As the Deputy Program Manager reporting to the Task Order 1 Program Manager, you'll provide the necessary leadership and expertise to assist with the management of a complex managed service contract delivering ad hoc IT services, custom development, user support and systems administration and engineering. This $250M + program encompasses a large services team, including subcontractors, focused on supporting critical infrastructure and applications. Your primary focus will be on execution of day-to-day management of the program, to include your direct involvement and leadership on project tasks and initiates at both the high and details levels. When necessary, the detailed level involvement would be at the story, epic, and scrum level, including involvement in scrum ceremonies as needed. Successful execution of program management will require your Agile and ServiceNow understanding and use on a regular basis for data management, visualization, reporting, and acceleration of the customer's mission. You will be deeply involved in process improvement and various improvement initiatives across the entire task order as the customer looks to increase their return on investment in various technologies currently in operation now. You'll be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising, developing personnel, communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization. Management and oversight of all contract personnel is a key focus of this role, the high-quality successful completion of all scope of work and deliverables in compliance with the SOW. Contract personnel management includes performance feedback and reviews, coaching, career development and routine communication with the team at all levels. Provide the Sponsor COTR, IDIQ PM and organizational corporate and customer management with frequent reports on contractor staffing and program status including weekly, monthly, and corporate reporting and live briefings across the entire task order to the customer and corporate team. Support capture and proposal efforts to formulate winning proposal solutions that include a detailed management plan for the solution Responsibilities: * Provides leadership to ensure the program meets all key performance parameters and achieves all established organizational objectives
* Interface with Government and other stakeholder customers and represent CACI in program meetings
* Conducts program reviews internally with CACI senior management and externally with the Customer leadership team
* Consult and coordinate with the COTR and the appropriate Task Manager for problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, training needs, and task clarification.
* Establish and implement streamlined processes and procedures enabling the Contractor to rapidly respond to surge requirements for increased contract personnel. Assure SLA requirements are met
* Assist the program with overall project execution and mitigation of impediments as appropriate Qualifications: Required: * TS SCI with Poly
* ITIL Certification and implementation experience
* Bachelors degree or equivalent, 12 years of project management experience within a large contract
* Previous experience as a Scrum Master or hands on Agile practitioner
* Previous experience within and an understanding of all phases within the software development lifecycle and best practices across each phase
* Solid understanding of multiple IT concepts and best practices plus a general understanding of tier I, II and III level support
* Experience managing complex tasks under tight budget and time constraints
* Must possess the ability to lead, delegate responsibility for tasks and taskings, and display a sense of urgency as you go about your work
* Strong verbal and written communications skills in addition to good organization and time management skills
* Proven experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships Desired: * PMP Certification or similar
