Job Description:

KPMG is looking for a Senior Specialist to join its Federal Advisory practice. This role involves hands-on technical activities including the implementation, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow solutions. As part of the team, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and participate in customizing and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform to address client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Implementation: Configure, integrate, and customize ServiceNow features, including UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and workflow administration.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in the entire SDLC: analysis, design, coding, testing, training, and operational support.
  • Development Contribution: Contribute as an individual or team member to KPMG's ServiceNow engagements.
  • Technical Activities: Implement and support ServiceNow customizations and scripting solutions using JavaScript for business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and UI pages.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ITSM or ServiceNow development.
    • U.S. Federal government consulting experience is preferred.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Skills:
    • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum software development environment.
    • Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
    • Proficient in JavaScript scripting for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Clearance:
    • U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
  • Travel:
    • Ability to travel as needed for firm engagements.
