Clinical Dental Hygienist Overview

$2,000 Sign on Bonus

Provider. Advocate. Educator. A dental hygienist is integral in helping patients achieve their best oral health. Schedule (days/hours)

Flexible 3 days a week- Monday-Thursday (Mondays required)

Clinical Dental Hygienist Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude)
  • Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramount
  • Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments
  • Screen patients' periodontal health
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
  • Perform oral cancer screenings
  • Screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts
  • Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands

Clinical Dental Hygienist Qualifications

    • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
    • A current CPR certification

Compensation

$40 -$50 per hour
