About the Role

• Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of professionals, including a practice manager and support staff, in a collaborative environment that fosters communication and community.
• Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide a wide range of general dental services, focusing on diagnosing, treating, and preventing oral health issues.
• Practice Flexibility: Enjoy a Monday through Thursday schedule with one Saturday per month, allowing for a balanced lifestyle.

What You’ll Need

Required:

• DDS/DMD degree with an active, unrestricted license.
• Strong clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry and treat a wide variety of oral health issues.
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Invisalign certification (a plus).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically.
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test before employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
