• Provide a wide range of dental hygiene services, including scaling, polishing, and preventative treatments.
• Educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health through tailored advice and resources.
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments and collaborate with the dental team to create comprehensive care plans.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, and digital scanners to assist in patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using electronic medical record systems.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Current dental hygiene license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• CPR Certification.
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, patient care, and hygiene practices.

Preferred Experience:

• Open to new graduates; no prior experience required.
• Familiarity with digital X-rays, scanners, and electronic health systems.
• Eagerness to continuously grow and develop clinical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds as necessary.
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test as part of pre-employment requirements (not applicable in FL or TN).
