Business Intelligence Consultant

About the Role

Deloitte is seeking a Human Capital (HC) BI Practitioner to help our Government and Public Services (GPS) clients drive alignment with their business, improve organizational performance, and build a culture of value creation. In this role, you will support Human Resources (HR) clients by managing data from HR systems and other external sources. Your responsibilities will include providing reporting solutions, creating dashboards, and ensuring data quality while supporting key workforce analytics initiatives. This is an opportunity to help modernize and elevate the client’s HR capabilities in areas like Automation, Visualization, Reporting, and more.

What You'll Do

As an HC BI Practitioner, you will:

• Manage data from HR systems and external sources, ensuring its integrity and relevance.
• Develop reporting solutions, including pre-canned reports and custom dashboards.
• Design visually appealing infographics that communicate data insights effectively.
• Gather requirements from HC data customers and uncover nuances in the data.
• Provide support for strategic initiatives in areas such as Data Quality, Data Collection, and Benchmarking.
• Work closely with clients to enhance their HR data practices and elevate their analytics capabilities.

Deloitte’s Human Capital team supports clients in transforming their workforce and HR strategies through cutting-edge solutions in data analytics and human resources. By joining the team, you’ll be involved in helping federal, state, and local government clients as well as higher education institutions to drive impactful change.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with an active polygraph aligned with the end client.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, including reporting and dashboard development.
• 2+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements for BI solutions.
• Proficient in data visualization tools and creating dashboards.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field (preferably I/O Psychology).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in I/O Psychology.
• Prior management consulting experience is a plus.

Compensation

The disclosed compensation range for this role is $67,600 - $202,000, based on various factors including skill set, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, dependent on individual and organizational performance.
