About the Role

Deloitte is seeking a Business Support Specialist to provide essential administrative support across various organizations within the Government and Public Services (GPS) practice. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including record keeping, test administration, ad hoc research, data entry of quality control metrics, scheduling applicants, and monitoring test labs. The Business Support Specialist may also assist with processing travel orders and other administrative duties as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of critical operations while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic, impactful environment.

What You'll Do

As a Business Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Record keeping and managing test administration activities.
  • Conducting ad hoc research and supporting the entry of quality control metrics.
  • Scheduling and verifying test scores for applicants.
  • Monitoring test labs and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as processing travel orders (optional) and other duties as assigned.

Deloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) practice focuses on driving impact for federal, state, and local government clients, as well as public higher education institutions. The Organization Transformation (OT) offering works to transform organizations by changing culture, modernizing functions, and redesigning structures to align with business strategy. The team plays a pivotal role in executing large-scale transformations, combining change management with strategic action to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Compensation

The disclosed compensation range for this role is $61,120 - $91,680, based on factors such as skill set, experience, training, certifications, and business needs. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
