What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional preventive and therapeutic dental care, including cleanings, screenings, and patient education.
• Collaborate with the dental team to create a seamless and comfortable patient experience.
• Build long-term relationships with patients by providing personalized care and fostering trust.
• Utilize advanced dental technologies, such as digital X-rays and electronic medical record systems, to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Current dental hygiene license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• CPR Certification.
• Strong knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Open to new or recent graduates—zero clinical experience required!
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X-rays, and electronic medical records.
• Eagerness to continue learning and expand clinical skills to meet patient needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for occasional virtual or in-person training sessions.
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test (required for dental office roles; not applicable in FL & TN).
