Job Description:

KPMG is seeking a Specialist in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development to join its Federal Advisory practice. This role involves delivering intelligent automation solutions, supporting business processes, and advising clients on architectural and technical decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical liaison between project managers and developers.
  • Analyze business processes and requirements, providing recommendations on architecture and platform technologies.
  • Evaluate risks related to project requirements, testing processes, and organizational change management.
  • Deliver intelligent automation solutions using leading vendor technologies.
  • Develop system requirements, produce technical architecture, and estimate timelines for project completion.
  • Support the development of new concepts and methodologies to improve processes and IT solutions.
  • Contribute to scoping, proposal development, and project planning.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of one year in RPA/Intelligent Automation development.
    • U.S. Federal government consulting experience is preferred.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in RPA tools, such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, Kofax, Microsoft, or Pegasystems.
    • Experience with data integration processes and scalability assessment.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for engagements.
