Technical Program Manager Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * Job Description: CACI is seeking a Technical Program Manager with experience in leading a globally dispersed workforce of All Source and Single Source Technical Analysts. Duties include providing Project Management of a workforce, providing mentorship of analysts, provide technical expertise, assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and recommended safe handling procedures. This position will support C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. What You'll Get to Do: * Provide leadership and management of a team of 100 or more globally dispersed full time employes. * Provide multi-faceted analysis that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and UAS network activities. * Provide mentorship in the understanding of unmanned systems (UxS) with specific emphasis on Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS), their capabilities, technical performance, and operational employment. * Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to include possible conflict areas) on short notice in order to disseminate relevant threat information. * Perform all functional duties independently. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Current and Active TS/SCI Security Clearance. * MA/MS and 10yrs experience or; BA/BS plus 15 years' experience * Military intelligence MOS background or equivalent Service Intelligence training / school. * Ability to formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other execute optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. * Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data to prepare products to inform commanders and drive decisions. * Demonstrated ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g. SIGINT, IMINT, TECHINT, GEOINT, EW/CYBER, MASINT). * Minimum of 5 years' experience in assisting in the technical and/or functional analyses of target devices with a focus on uncrewed platform (UxS). * Demonstrated experience in providing mission critical or tactically relevant information, such as TTPs and/or data derived from Priority Intelligence Reports (PIRs). * Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform analysis on commercial based and emerging technologies that could be utilized by adversaries. * Demonstrated ability to organize, supervise or direct, and coordinate planning and execution of staff, technical and support activities. * Demonstrated leadership experience in leading and managing teams of 100 or more full time employes on globally dispersed teams to guide teammates through specific tasks and ensuring the team completes tasks correctly and on time. * Demonstrated ability to oversee the daily operations of the project that encompasses multiple globally dispersed teams, managing competing task through effective delegation tasks to team members, ensuring projects are completed on time and charged to the appropriate project strings, mentoring and developing team members, optimizing and streamlining workflows as needed, and creating a positive, collaborative work environment. * Demonstrated ability to evaluate team member's strengths and weaknesses, and then provide effective coaching and mentoring to develop and increase team's overall capabilities. * Demonstrated ability to solve problems at the lowest level and resolve conflicts within the team while ensuring team cohesion. Desired Qualifications: * Demonstrate an understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, MIST, YETI, BODHI, PULSE, NRO Fade, and SIGINT databases. * Possess strong writing and briefing skills. * Experience providing briefings and products to flag officer level decision makers. * Demonstrated experience managing a globally dispersed team of analysts; produce information products derived from unclassified and classified reporting that support in-depth analysis of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) devices/threats. * Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures. * Proficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. * Ability to create plans and strategies to guide the team and use of metrics to track progress and milestone events. * Ability to manage daily workflows, producing strategies that help drive business initiatives, and relaying clear instructions to team members. * Experience working with engineering or technical partners on joint technical products. * Demonstrate ability to brief coalition and partner forces on ways to disrupt, disable, and defeat UxS threats.
