Join Deloitte’s Human Capital practice as a Change Management Specialist (CMS) to shape impactful communication strategies, influence stakeholder engagement, and guide public service clients through critical transitions. This role provides the opportunity to work on complex challenges while growing professionally in a dynamic environment.

Work You’ll Do

As a CMS, you will design and implement strategic communication and change management initiatives to support business unit objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communications Development:

    • Craft high-quality deliverables such as presentations, briefings, email announcements, and reports tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Change Management Strategy:

    • Assess change readiness and sustainability for various stakeholder groups and create mechanisms for two-way communication.
    • Plan and implement communication strategies in collaboration with leaders and clients.
  • Strategic Messaging:

    • Ensure messaging aligns with Deloitte’s brand standards and reflects the unique needs of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Leverage creative solutions within Deloitte templates to effectively communicate.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Engage in multidisciplinary projects and ensure activities align with project schedules.
    • Communicate milestones and progress to senior stakeholders in a timely manner.

The Team

Deloitte’s GPS practice serves federal, state, and local government clients, along with public higher education institutions. The Workforce Transformation (WFT) offering within GPS helps organizations rethink their workforce and workplace strategies to align with evolving business goals. Our team brings innovative solutions to future-proof workforce systems and enhance leadership, learning, and performance incentives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality communication deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:
    • Scheduling and managing timelines.
    • Strategic communications and communications planning.
    • Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office Suite tools.

Compensation

  • Estimated Salary Range: $102,750 - $171,250, based on factors such as skill set, experience, and organizational needs.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program, contingent on individual and organizational performance.
