The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized network administrator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for the classified network onboard NSWC Corona. You will also respond to tickets, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement networking solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the help desk
  • Respond to customer queries in person, by phone, via email, the ticketing system, or via remote support
  • Provide networking assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to networking systems, software and hardware
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Work through the problem-solving process with employees, empowering them to do the same in the future
  • Run diagnostic problems to resolve problems

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must have at least 3 years' experience with the following:
    • CISCO routers, switches, ASA firewalls, Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
    • Knowledge in port security, cabling technique, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, patching for security requirements, VoIP installation / maintenance, DISA GVS, STIGS, subnetting, and network topology / diagrams.
  • Must have one (or more) of the following IT certifications:
    • CCNA Security
    • CySA+
    • GICSP
    • GSEC
    • Security+ CE
    • CND
    • SSCP
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to work on site locally in Norco, California
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.

Minimum Required Hourly Wage: $25.27
