Position Description

We are recruiting for a Java Business Analyst - Returns & AP to join our team! The successful candidate will play an integral role in onboarding additional business units on to our current platform.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying the Key stakeholders, understand and analyse their requirements and coordinate their active involvement throughout the project.
  • Define and manage the project's scope, nailing down its alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Liaise between ERROW business team and the technical team, emphasizing the clear communication of requirements, expectations, and feedback.
  • Translate the Business requirements into user stories which is integral to Agile methodology.
  • Facilitate workshops like requirements gathering, Backlog grooming and prioritization, etc.
  • Review the protypes of the developed solution and provide the initial feedback.
  • Work with the ERROW team for the final sign-offs on deliverables, making certain the solutions meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct risk analysis to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the team during iterative development cycles, providing clarity and guidance on requirements.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes, affirming efficient and effective Agile practices.
  • Assess the impact of changes through a well-defined process & ensuring that the change aligns with project goals & stakeholder needs.
  • Work with the integration systems track leads to ensure the smooth connectivity between the systems.
  • In charge of the sprint backlogs and ensures that the prioritized user stories are groomed and available for sprint planning on time.
  • Sharing their expertise with the team to ensure all the team members are well-equipped to contribute effectively.
  • Coordinate the User acceptance testing.
Minimum Requirements:

Typically requires 7+ years of experience of relevant experience

Critical Skills:
  • Experience working with MuleSoft or other integration tools
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with logistics, returns and reconciliation processes
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot , Spring Data JPA, SQL, Kafka, UI technologies(Vue js or React), Yaml configuration etc
  • Have a good understanding of cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, Azure, etc.
Additional Experience:
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent communication skills
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
