Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a full-service dental practice, providing individualized care to patients.
• Diagnose and treat diverse oral health conditions with precision and expertise.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and available treatment options.
• Build and nurture long-lasting patient relationships based on trust and exceptional care.
• Mentor and guide your clinical team to ensure the highest standards of practice.
• Collaborate with administrative and support staff to maintain smooth practice operations.

Qualifications:
Required:

• DDS/DMD degree with an active and unrestricted dental license.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a variety of oral health issues.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire your clinical team.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance providers.
• Adherence to patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
• Invisalign Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven leadership experience managing dental teams.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable sitting or standing for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to attend periodic training sessions (virtual or in-person).
• A tuberculosis (TB) test is required before employment.
