ServiceNow Developer Specialist

Job Description:

KPMG is seeking a Specialist to join its Federal Advisory practice. This entry-level to mid-level role involves ServiceNow development and customization, including hands-on technical activities such as integration, custom programming, and workflow administration. You will contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, training, and operational support.

Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Configuration & Development: Perform configuration and integration tasks related to ServiceNow implementations, including creating UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and handling data imports.
• Full Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in all stages of the development process: analysis, design, coding, testing, training, and operational support.
• Team Collaboration: Serve as an individual contributor or team member on ServiceNow engagements, collaborating with other specialists and senior developers.
• Customization and Scripting: Develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow’s scripting capabilities, including JavaScript for Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Pages.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year of ITSM or ServiceNow development experience.
  • Experience in U.S. Federal government consulting is preferred but not required.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Skills:
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform implementation.
  • Experience with JavaScript scripting in the ServiceNow platform (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages).
• Clearance:
  • Must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Travel:
  • Ability to travel as required for firm engagements.
