Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional cleanings, oral health assessments, and patient screenings.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care strategies.
• Partner with dentists to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Utilize advanced tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, and digital scanners for diagnostics.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient history and treatments in digital systems.
• Ensure a welcoming, safe, and hygienic clinic environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active dental hygienist license
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• CPR Certification.
• In-depth knowledge of dental procedures and medical history documentation.

Preferred Experience

• New and recent graduates are encouraged to apply—no prior experience is required!
• Familiarity with digital X-rays, scanners, and electronic health record systems.
• Willingness to continuously improve clinical skills and deliver preventative care.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Participation in occasional virtual or in-person training sessions.
