Job Duties:

  • Program Analysis:

    • Track and analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedule.
    • Support program management, technical, and business case analyses.
    • Collect, organize, and interpret technical and financial data.
  • Support to IPTs and Meetings:

    • Participate in Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and support meetings.
    • Assist in planning and executing contract duties to ensure cost, schedule, and performance are on track.
    • Prepare program materials, meeting minutes, and track actions.
  • Acquisition and Documentation:

    • Develop and review DoD/Navy acquisition documentation.
    • Support customer tag-ups, working groups, and milestone events.
  • Risk and CDRL Management:

    • Participate in risk management and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) activities.
  • Program Planning:

    • Contribute to the establishment and definition of program plan requirements.
    • Provide insight and oversight of program progress using scheduling tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience, or Master's with 8+ years.
    • Relevant experience in program management, technical or business analysis.
  • Clearance:
    • U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • DoD Lifecycle Management and Defense Acquisition background.
  • NAVAIR experience is a plus.
  • DAWIA certifications are a plus.

Salary Range:

  • $120,001 - $160,000, based on experience and other factors.

COVID-19 Policy:

  • SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters, but customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when working at customer sites.

This position requires a highly experienced candidate capable of handling complex program management and acquisition tasks, supporting a key NAVAIR project. The Senior Program Analyst will play a central role in ensuring program success, from technical and financial analysis to meeting coordination and documentation.
