CACI has an immediate need for an IT Project Manager. The Opportunity: You will lead large projects or significant segments of large complex projects within the program. You will be responsible for coordinating across the overall program, scope, risk and schedule management and troubleshooting. You will be involved in analyzing both new and complex project related problems and create innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components. Responsibilities: * Communicate and collaborate with Customer leadership, addressing any potential problems, issues and/or risks. The Project Manager will maintain a process for identifying efficiency improvement opportunities
* Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
* Accomplish complex IT projects that may include ill-defined requirements, ambiguity, parallel tasks, multiple dependencies, high risks, and multiple interfaces; ensure alignment with strategic objectives; define and review of customer and stakeholder requirements; follow plans and schedules throughout the life of the project
* Establish and manage liaison relationships relating to HR IT programs and practices
* Serve as a liaison with developers to ensure they understand HRM equities and processes
* Identify and resolve issues in project plans and schedules based on a clear understanding of customer requirements
* Provide insight to integrated project teams to ensure projects are completed on time Qualifications: Required: * BA/BS and ten (10+) years of program and project management
* TS SCI with appropriate poly
* Ability to work well with teammates in complex and fast-paced environment
* Ability to apply knowledge of HR processes in order to provide tailored responses that meet customer needs
* Ability to maintain and develop contacts for technical exchange and collaboration
* Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment
* Ability of exemplary interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional networks across organizational boundaries to exert influence
* Ability to balance responsibilities among project activities; ability to manage transitions effectively from task to task, adapting to varying customer needs
