Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking skilled consultants to join our Professional Services team and drive innovative cloud solutions for our government clients.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with DoD customers, designing, training, and building cloud solutions for their diverse and complex needs.
• Leverage your experience in large-scale computing solutions, participating in deep-dive architecture discussions and contributing to innovative cloud designs on AWS.
• Regularly engage in technical exercises and education to sharpen your skills and drive AWS cloud adoption among our customers.
• Engage with customers and AWS teams on-site for at least one day per week to ensure smooth delivery and collaboration.

This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance, which must be maintained, and a polygraph clearance may be required depending on the agency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency with primary AWS services (e.g., EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, S3).
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on distributed applications.
• 1+ year of experience with software development tools and methodologies.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Active U.S. Government Security Clearance (TS/SCI or higher).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience, including cloud computing technologies.
• Expertise in designing, deploying, and operating business software or IT infrastructure.
• Experience with infrastructure architecture, databases, networking, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with security requirements like ICD 503, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
• Previous experience with AWS architecture, migration, and solution deployment.

Compensation:

• Base pay ranges from $118,200 to $204,300 annually, depending on location and experience, with additional benefits and equity options.
