In this role you will oversee an existing team of 4. The Opportunity: We are supporting the Department of Justice's Drug Enforcement Administration (DOJ/DEA) to build and maintain custom SharePoint sites and systems. Customer is looking to create various tracking systems and interconnected reporting systems. You will work in an agile development effort to help coordinate the efforts of the team with the needs of the customer and ensure project management principles are followed. Responsibilities: * Manage a team of 4 in developing and deploying web based financial management systems
* Run daily stand-ups, demos, requirements sessions, and various other team meetings
* Work with customers to groom backlog, validate requirements, and review team efforts
* Oversee team management and ensure compliance with overhead tasks (timecards, performance reviews, required document tracking, etc)
* Generate system and process documentation and ensure regular updates are made
* Provide regular progress briefings to customers and stakeholders Qualifications: Required: * Bachelors Degree (or 6 years of experience)
* 15 years of supervisory or management experience in the software development field Desired: * PMP Certified
* SCRUM Master
