Minimum Qualifications

  • Current dental hygienist license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental hygiene practices, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Open to new and recent graduates (no clinical experience required!).
  • Experience with tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X-rays, and electronic medical record systems is a plus.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and expanding clinical skills to provide exceptional orthodontic care and preventative maintenance for patients.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
  • Availability to attend periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.
  • A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for new hires (except in FL and TN), arranged during the pre-employment process.
