Technical Project Manager - ServiceNow Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is looking for a Technical Project Manager to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. On this program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution to enable the DoD customer to transition from legacy systems. Responsibilities: The Technical Project Manager will: * Provide leadership and direct activities of a cross-functional technical team to plan and implement large-scale software development projects.
* Establish strong partnerships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to the customer's Systems Engineering Life Cycle through all project phases.
* Create and manage detailed project schedules to define and schedule all tasks and dependencies for successful project delivery.
* Create and manage project artifacts and customer deliverables.
* Identify and manage project risks and issues and implement corrective actions.
* Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: Required: * 12+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor's degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
* Ability to work independently with little direction and management oversight.
* Active Secret security clearance.
* Experience delivering solutions according to the Agile methodology.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
* Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
* Experience using Microsoft Project to build detailed project schedules.
* Requires on site at the Chantilly, VA work location 3-5 days per week
* Experience leading matrixed organizations to bring enterprise scale commercial solutions (e.g. ITaaS, SaaS, PaaS) to the DoD.
